T90 relay core rivet machine is a kind of special production equipment T90 relay, electromagnetic T90 relay system for assembly automation assembly, the coil, iron core yoke, riveted together. Because of the particularity of T90 relay yoke structure, automatic feeding difficult yoke, the currently used T90 riveting machine relay core yoke feed commonly used artificial feeding, big labor strength. The process of riveting process and core core, complex, low efficiency. T90 relay core riveting machine in this paper design and realize the yoke of automatic feeding, improved under iron core, riveting iron core process, improves the assembly efficiency, reduce the cost of the equipment, and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
Firstly, a planning process for core rivet. According to the structure characteristics and processing technology of T90 relay, on the process of core riveting system were optimized to determine the step sequence: the yoke and the iron core assembly, iron core, iron core rivet. Then, in the process, put forward the overall design scheme of the core riveting machine, riveting machine and T90 relay core mechanical structure and control system were designed respectively. T90 relay riveting iron core's mechanical structure is mainly composed of a main slide assembly, coil input and output yoke components, automatic feeding system, feeding system, core rivet core component, fork component. The control system is composed of PLC and extended module, touch screen, three color indicator, solenoid valve, fiber optic switch and so on.
This paper has completed the research and development of T90 relay riveting machine working core. The prototype has been assembled and debugged in Xiamen. The equipment is stable and the production efficiency has been greatly improved.
